i sort of forgot to post normal pictures from my last trip to paris. whoops. i went back in october without tanner or eli and isaac… and even though i missed my boys, it was awesome. even more awesome because my mom came out for part of the trip too.
suprisingly i didn't take that many pictures while in paris. i have an insane amount from our side trip to portugal that i'll force myself to do an update on at some point… because while looking through the pictures i was reminded of how great that trip was.
anyways, i thought i'd do a quick post because tomorrow we head out to utah to drop the boys off with my parents, and thursday tanner and i fly from slc to paris yet again. i thought it would be weird going back to paris without posting these pictures first. for a more detailed day-to-day of what we did here is this post (all pictures from instagram).
kristen keeping me awake the first day after not sleeping at all on the airplane (yep… you can clearly see that by looking at my face)… they live right next to this amazing park.
the old man we grew to love we named forest. we saw him multiple times that trip always running at a nice slow pace.
after walking about 10 miles on monday we stopped for some needed crepes.
that evening we enjoyed some thai food with Will... i dont remember what part of the city this was in.
my mom came in on tuesday! we biked to a monet museum that was closed so we decided to bike to the eiffel tower instead.
wednesday-friday we were in portugal. so saturday morning we went out to a flea market.
and got lots of pretty books for 2 euros each.
after doing laundry/packing (saturday was my last day) we tried going to the musee d'orsay but it was on strike so we instead walked down to notre dame which is always a fun time.
dont fall for the gypsies ring trick. whoops.
after getting some more crepes for dinner we went to sainte chapel for a string quartet concert. the sound in there was pretty amazing.
and that concludes my trip! on sunday morning i left to fly back to california.
i'm so excited to go back to hang with kristen and will. the weather is supposed to be pretty bad unfortunately... but i guess when it rains that makes a good excuse to go to museums and do some shopping... so thats fine with me : ). tanner and i are taking a side trip to barcelona, which we are also very excited about. yay for fun travels!

Looks like fun. We loved meeting you guys in Paris. Maybe we can do it again in the not too distant future?
That was such a wonderful trip! Little boys, come to grandma so your parents can have an amazing time again in Paris!
